REFUND POLICY

All sales final. No returns or exchanges. 

Refunds will only be offered if it was a mistake on my end. Issues must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery to info@rembows.com

Cancellations must be within 24 orders. A restock fee of 25% will be charged.

I am not responsible for sale codes not entered. I will not refund the % of the sale if you submit your order without the discount code. 

SHIPPING

-Once your item is scanned in with UPS/USPS I am not responsible for any delays in shipment. Please contact your local UPS/USPS with any issues.
